Whidbey Island Community Education CenterThe WICEC is a non-profit community education organization located on South Whidbey at Bayview Corner. We provide continuing education classes and workshops to community members of all ages.
The Mission of WICEC is to offer programs of education to the citizens of Whidbey Island which empower them to pursue their vocation goals, increase their knowledge and skills in areas of interest, and improve their health and well-being. We do this by developing collaborative partnerships with other organizations and individuals who wish to share their knowledge and expertise. Our intent is to build a sustainable community education system. |
